4. If you loose or misplace the file, you will not be sent another link.

5. Pre made videos are not subjected to any copyright and are free for you to use.

Physical products

1. Under consumer law we are obliged to refund your product if it has been damaged from factory to your house.

2. We do not provide refunds if you are unhappy with the product.

3. Sharing and copying our products can lead to infringement and copyright fines.

4. When sending proof of product damage please provide proof of what date you took the photo on for quicker refund times.

5. Under no circumstances should are product be used for illegal or harassment purposes.
